Conference Scope

In order to support and publish research project of lecturer and student of TNI, also to build up research network of academic institute in the country and overseas, aiming that the research will contribute related result to both academic sector and industrial sector, it was determined that there is a need to show how topics related to business and industrial management can be used to strengthen collaboration between academy ,business and industry to level up business industrial development in the future. The organizing committee of the conference, along with the partnerships, has therefore agreed to co-sponsor “The 1st Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology Academic Conference”

Conference Theme

The topic for 2011 conference is “Business and Industrial Management” which including 1) business administration field, such as, marketing, finance, accounting, international business, human resources management, etc., 2) Industrial management field, such as, production, quality control, , Logistics management, energy and environment management, project management, technology management, etc.

TNI involves both academic and industrial sector, the objective of research activity is not only to fulfill academic activity or to increase academic level as a part of academic quality guarantee, but, the result of research should be contributed to be knowledge or know-how to develop business and industrial sector too. Meanwhile, TNI also acts as intermediate of transferring technology from overseas, especially from Japan, research from Japan academic sector, business and industrial sector will be presented to show their close relation and strong collaboration with TNI .

หลักการและเหตุผล

จากพันธกิจและกลยุทธ์ส่วนหนึ่ง ของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น ที่มีจุดมุ่งหมาย พัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการของบุคลากร โดยมีการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้บุคลากร ทำการวิจัย ฝึกอบรมหรือผลิตเอกสารทางวิชาการเพิ่มขึ้น ทั้งความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ และสร้างเครือข่ายกับชุมชน องค์กร และสถาบันการศึกษาทั้งในและต่างประเทศ อีกทั้ง ร่วมทำงานวิจัย กับนักวิจัยที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ และเป็นที่ยอมรับในชุมชนวิชาการ และพันธกิจด้านวิชาการ ซึ่งส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายระหว่างบุคลากรกับสถาบัน องค์กร ทั้งภาครัฐ เอกชนและชุมชน โดยเฉพาะ การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิชาการ งานวิจัยและสิ่งประดิษฐ์เพื่อการพัฒนาธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม โดยมีตัวชี้วัด คือ จำนวนผลงานทางวิชาการ เป้าประสงค์ คือ มีผลงานวิชาการและงานวิจัยที่เป็นที่ยอมรับของวงการธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม และนำมาพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนและถ่ายทอด เพื่อให้เป็นศูนย์กลางของการศึกษาที่มีความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับสถาบันและองค์กรด้านการศึกษาทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น โดยคณะบริหารธุรกิจ และ บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้บุคลากร นักศึกษาของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น และต่างสถาบัน บุคคลทั่วไป ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ได้นำเสนอผลงานวิชาการ และแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ประสบการณ์ โดยเฉพาะทางด้านบริหารธุรกิจ และการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม จึงได้ร่วมกับองค์กรเครือข่าย จัดการประชุมวิชาการด้านบริหารธุรกิจและการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อคัดเลือกประมวลงานวิจัยมาเผยแพร่ โดยชื่อว่า “งานการประชุมวิชาการครั้งที่ 1 สถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น” หัวข้อ การบริหารธุรกิจและการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม (The 1st Thai – Nichi Institute Academic Conference- TNIAC: Topic of 2011-Business and Industrial Management)

วัตถุประสงค์

  • เพื่อสนับสนุนการวิจัยและเผยแพร่ผลงานการวิจัยของคณาจารย์ และนักศึกษาของสถาบัน
  • เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายด้านการวิจัยกับสถาบันการศึกษาทั้งภายในประเทศและประเทศญี่ปุ่น
  • เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ชื่อเสียงทางด้านการวิจัยของสถาบันสู่ภายนอก
  • เพื่อสนองตอบนโยบายการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา
    • ทางด้านมาตรฐานการศึกษา และการวิจัยทางวิชาการ

  2. การนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการ ในหัวข้อ
    • การจัดการทางธุรกิจและบริหาร เช่น การตลาด การบัญชีการเงิน ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์
    • การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม เช่น การผลิต โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการเทคโนโลยี การจัดการพลังงาน และสิ่งแวดล้อม การจัดการโครงการ ฯลฯ
