Abstract<\/strong><\/h4>\n
The purposes of this research were 1) to study perspectives of TNI lecturers andstudents towards TNI Core Value for implementing in organization and 2) to gathersupplemental suggestions. Research samples were 245 lecturers and students at Thai-NichiInstitute of Technology in first semester of 2018 academic year, derived through simplerandom sampling technique. The instruments used for gathering the data were the rating-scaleand open-ended questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency,percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were 1)perspectives of TNI lecturers and students towards TNI Core Value for implementing inorganization were at a moderate level and 2) the samples had supplemental suggestions asfollowing: respect and honesty should be trained more and more, the administrators shouldgive examples of implementing in organization.<\/div>\n
