Abstract<\/strong><\/h4>\n
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the characteristics of the service provider
\nin lady’s club, 2) to study the factors that resulted in a decision to a service provider in lady’s club,
\n3) to study the socialization process into a service provider in lady’s club, 4) to study the adaptation
\nto the environment of a service provider in lady\u2019s club, 5) to study the daily life of service provider,
\n6) to study the change of lady\u2019s club.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
This research is a qualitative research in anthropology. The unit of analysis is \u201cIsit Club
\n(research alias)\u201d, a lady\u2019s club, behind soi cultural center, Huai Khwang district, Bangkok. The
\nsample group is 33 service providers in lady\u2019s club and others key informants in \u201cIsit Club (research
\nalias)\u201d. This research collected data through key informant interviews and participatory
\nobservation.<\/div>\n

The research results showed that 1) the characteristics of the service were highly flexible,
\n2) Money was the factor that resulted in the decision to be a service provider in lady’s club, 3)
\nSocialization process indicated that everyone must take care of themselves and their health the best,
\n4) Adaptation to the environment found that everyone must be ready to work, 5) Working life will
\nstart at 21.00 P.M-03.00 A.M., and 6) Lady’s club change will probably change to sexual services
\nclub.<\/div>\n
